Cap St Georges is a new residential development in the Sea Caves area of Southern Cyprus, near the town of Peyia, Paphos Region. It is located close to the Akamas Peninsula and the fishing village of Agios Georgios, Paphos. It overlooks Yeronisos Island, currently the subject of an archaeological dig by New York University.〔http://www.nyu.edu/projects/yeronisos/〕 It is notable for its contemporary and environmentally sensitive design by the architect Georges Andraos〔http://www.andraosassociates.com〕 and partnership with Thanos Hotels,〔http://www.thanoshotels.com〕 a Cypriot hotel group. The first phase of construction commenced in September 2009 and was completed in late summer 2011.
